DMCA Policy

Dreamers Labs Group LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of The Dreamers Platform to do the same. If you believe that content available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice requesting removal of the allegedly infringing material.

Submitting a Copyright Complaint

To submit a valid copyright infringement notice, please provide the following information:

  • a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • identification of the material on the Platform that you believe is infringing, including its location (such as a URL or user profile)
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • your physical or electronic signature

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, Dreamers Labs Group LLC may:

  • remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • notify the user who uploaded the content
  • investigate the alleged infringement

Dreamers Labs Group LLC reserves the right to remove content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights even without a formal notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • identification of the removed material and its location before removal
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
  • your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

Dreamers Labs Group LLC maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Accounts associated with repeated copyright violations may be suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
