The Dreamers
The Dreamers is a global marketplace connecting clients with professional AI creators.
These Client Guidelines define the expectations for clients using the platform. By using The Dreamers to hire creators, you agree to follow these guidelines.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the platform.
Professional Conduct
Clients must maintain respectful and professional communication when working with creators.
Clients are expected to:
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Provide constructive feedback
- Respond to project updates in a reasonable timeframe
- Treat creators as professional collaborators
Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, or threats toward creators are strictly prohibited.
Accurate Project Descriptions
Clients should provide clear and accurate project requirements.
Project descriptions should include:
- Scope of the project
- Expected deliverables
- Timeline expectations
- Budget or payment terms
- Any specific technical or creative requirements
Providing misleading or intentionally vague project descriptions may lead to disputes and may violate platform policies.
Payment Responsibilities
All payments must be processed through The Dreamers platform.
The standard payment flow:
- Client submits payment for the project
- Funds are securely held in escrow
- Creator delivers the agreed work
- Client reviews and approves delivery
- Funds are released to the creator
Clients may not request creators to accept payment outside the platform.
The Dreamers charges: 5% client service fee
Attempting to bypass platform payments may result in account suspension.
Fair Use of Revisions
Clients should use revision requests responsibly.
Revisions should be used to refine the original agreed deliverables.
Clients may not:
- Continuously request revisions outside the project scope
- Change the entire project direction after delivery
- Attempt to obtain additional work beyond what was agreed
Major scope changes may require a new agreement or additional payment.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Once a project is completed and payment is released, usage rights for the delivered work transfer according to the project agreement.
Clients may not:
- Claim authorship of the creator's work unless agreed
- Resell work in violation of licensing terms
- Use content in ways that violate copyright laws
Creators retain the right to display work in their portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
Prohibited Requests
Clients may not request creators to produce content that includes:
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal activities
- Hate speech or harassment
- Fraudulent services
- Malware or harmful software
- Content violating applicable laws
The Dreamers reserves the right to cancel projects that violate platform policies.
Communication & Project Management
Clients should maintain clear and timely communication throughout a project.
Clients are encouraged to:
- Provide feedback promptly
- Approve deliverables when satisfied
- Communicate any concerns early
Extended inactivity may delay project completion or trigger automatic project resolution.
Disputes
If a disagreement occurs, clients should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the creator.
If a resolution cannot be reached, clients may contact platform support to initiate a dispute review.
The Dreamers may review:
- Project agreements
- Communication history
- Delivered files
Decisions will be made in accordance with platform policies.
Account Integrity
Clients must maintain accurate account information.
Clients may not:
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
- Impersonate individuals or companies
- Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or permanently removed.
Platform Enforcement
To maintain a safe and professional environment, The Dreamers may take action including:
- Removing projects
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending accounts
- Permanently banning users
Enforcement decisions are made at the platform's discretion.
Updates to These Guidelines
The Dreamers may update these Client Guidelines periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
