These Creator Guidelines define the standards required to participate on the platform. By joining The Dreamers as a Creator, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, account suspension, or removal from the platform.

Professional Conduct

Creators must maintain a professional and respectful environment.

Creators are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully with clients
  • Deliver services as promised
  • Respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe
  • Maintain honest representation of their work and capabilities
  • Conduct business ethically

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or unprofessional conduct toward clients or other users is strictly prohibited.

Portfolio Quality Standards

The Dreamers is designed for high-quality AI creative work.

Creators must upload portfolio work that:

  • Is original or properly licensed
  • Accurately represents their abilities
  • Meets professional visual and creative standards
  • Clearly reflects the services offered

Low-quality, misleading, or spam portfolios may be removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Original Work & Intellectual Property

Creators must respect intellectual property rights.

Creators may only upload or sell work that:

  • They created themselves
  • They have the legal right to use
  • Does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or licenses

Creators are responsible for ensuring their work complies with applicable copyright laws.

The Dreamers may remove any content suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.

AI Content Disclosure

Because The Dreamers focuses on AI-generated creativity, creators must be transparent about how their work is produced.

Creators should disclose:

  • Major AI tools used (when relevant)
  • Whether work is fully AI-generated or AI-assisted
  • Any limitations or special requirements for deliverables

Misrepresenting AI work as human-created work or vice versa is prohibited.

Service Listings

Creators must clearly describe their services.

Listings should include:

  • Accurate service descriptions
  • Expected deliverables
  • Estimated delivery timelines
  • Revision policies
  • Any limitations or requirements

Misleading listings may be removed.

Delivery & Project Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for delivering the work agreed upon in the project terms.

Creators must:

  • Deliver files in the agreed format
  • Meet deadlines whenever possible
  • Communicate delays proactively
  • Provide revisions if included in the service agreement

Failure to deliver work may result in refund disputes or account penalties.

Payments & Platform Fees

All transactions must occur through The Dreamers platform.

Creators may not:

  • Request direct payment outside the platform
  • Attempt to move projects off-platform to avoid fees

The Dreamers currently charges: 20% creator platform fee

Violation of payment policies may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Content

Creators may not upload or sell content that includes:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Hate speech
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Illegal content
  • Fraudulent services
  • Malware or harmful code
  • Content violating applicable laws

The Dreamers reserves the right to remove prohibited content without notice.

Account Integrity

Creators must maintain accurate account information.

Creators may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
  • Impersonate another individual or brand
  • Use fake portfolios or stolen work

Accounts found violating these rules may be permanently banned.

Ratings & Reputation

Client feedback helps maintain trust on the platform.

Creators should:

  • Deliver high-quality work
  • Communicate clearly
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients

Repeated poor ratings may impact a creator's visibility or eligibility on the platform.

Platform Enforcement

The Dreamers may take action including:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination

Enforcement decisions are made at the platform's discretion to maintain the integrity of the marketplace.

Updates to These Guidelines

The Dreamers may update these Creator Guidelines periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
