Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the permitted and prohibited use of The Dreamers Platform operated by Dreamers Labs Group LLC.

All users of the Platform—including creators and clients—must comply with this policy when accessing or using the Platform.

Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

Permitted Use

Users may access and use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Permitted uses include:

  • offering or purchasing legitimate creative services
  • communicating with other users regarding projects
  • uploading lawful content to portfolios or projects
  • conducting transactions through the Platform’s payment system

Users must use the Platform in a manner that respects the rights of other users and the integrity of the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform to engage in activities that are unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • uploading or distributing illegal content
  • impersonating individuals or organizations
  • committing fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech
  • attempting to exploit or manipulate the Platform’s systems

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, the Platform infrastructure, or confidential information.

Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not upload or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. This includes:

  • copyrighted material used without authorization
  • unauthorized use of trademarks or branding
  • stolen or plagiarized creative work

Users must ensure they have the necessary rights or licenses for any materials used on the Platform.

Artificial Intelligence Misuse

Users may not use the Platform to create or distribute AI-generated content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. Examples of prohibited uses include:

  • deepfake pornography
  • identity impersonation
  • synthetic media used for fraud or deception
  • unauthorized voice or likeness replication

Platform Integrity

Users may not interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt to exploit its systems. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • scraping platform data
  • using automated bots without authorization
  • manipulating platform rankings or reviews
  • bypassing platform security mechanisms

Enforcement

Dreamers Labs Group LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. The Company may take enforcement actions including:

  • removing or restricting content
  • suspending or terminating user accounts
  • restricting access to certain platform features

Dreamers Labs Group LLC may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Updates to This Policy

Dreamers Labs Group LLC may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
